Yes! Samples are available once pricing is confirmed. A sample fee will apply, but this amount is fully refundable once you place your official order.

Yes, we do! Our experienced sales team will also provide professional advice tailored to your specific needs for size, printing, and target pricing.

4. How long does sampling take, and what about bulk production?
Samples: Usually ready within 7 days after we receive your sample fee.
Bulk Production: 15-30 days from the date you confirm the pre-production (PP) sample.

5. What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
We require a 30% deposit when you place your order. The balance is due before shipment, and we’ll share photos of the finished goods with you for confirmation beforehand.
