1. Ordering Process: Choose from ready styles or send your own designs. Samples and sketches are welcome for confirmation before bulk orders.
2. Confirmation: Once pricing and shipping methods are agreed upon, we provide the Pro-Invoice for payment processing.
3. Production: We handle bulk production. Pre-production samples or swatches are available upon request.
4. Shipment: Detailed packing lists are provided before dispatch. Shipping can be managed via our forwarder or your preferred partner.
5. Pricing & Payment: We offer competitive pricing based on item specifications and order volume. Terms: T/T 30% deposit, balance before shipping, or L/C.
6. MOQ: For knitted cashmere (10pcs per style/color/size). For knitwear (100pcs per style). Woven items depend on specific style sizes.
7. Customization: We offer ODM/OEM services including customized labels and standard export packaging.
8. Inspection: In-line and final inspections are performed for every piece to ensure quality.
