Just send the logo via email, attach the image as a PDF or JPEG file, and inform us of the correct color on Pantone. Then we will create a real sample for your second confirmation. If the sample is acceptable, we will then proceed with mass production.

Since all the processes are carried out after the samples are approved, the quick correction samples will definitely save a lot of time. From past experience, if the client wishes to change the logo or design after the samples are completed, repeating the samples will take much more time.

Therefore, please ensure that there are no errors at the very beginning.

We have professional quality control personnel and we focus on four processes:

• A: Before production, inspect the quality of the bulk products, such as fabric composition, washing color fastness and light exposure, etc.
• B: Inspect the production of logos, such as the lines or printing colors, the cleanliness of the embroidery decorations, etc.
• C: Inspect the sewing process, seam performance, slip resistance strength, specified seam strength, attachment strength, etc.
• D: Inspect the finished hats after steam ironing but before packaging.

We offer five-leaf, six-leaf, seven-leaf, and multi-leaf caps. Our crown circumference ranges include 56-58cm, 58-60cm, 60-62cm, and above 62cm, with adjustable sizing options also available.
